On a separate but related note, I notice that Webflow doesn’t send True/False or Option fields via Zapier. My main question is how do I get the zap to be based on dynamic content rather than defaulting to a constant value. If I change my test case to be false, the same thing happens but with false. I know Zapier has support for formulas in it’s Search for Records step, but I don’t see any of those capabilities in. However, when I turn on the zap, every single trigger sends True rather than being based on the dynamic content of that field. For example, if record A had Creation Date I would want my formula to add a constant of 30 days, then insert the result () into the previously empty Due Date field for the same record. ![]() When I test the zap, the test case sends “true”. I managed to create a flow that captures the data in Airtable and creates the post, however, if you update any information in the content of the posts already created, Zapier creates a new post instead of updating the existing one. If everything looks good, youre ready to turn on your Zap. Next, click Test action, and Zapier will create a new record in Airtable using your sample data. When youre done customizing these fields, click Continue. 3.2) If not, Zapier will create a new post. To map the responses from webhooks, click in each field to select data from your previous webhook step. I then complete the rest of Customize Item and whenever I move to Send Data then return to Customize Item, the zap becomes overwritten with a constant value from Webflow “True” 3.1) If so, Zapier will just update the information in the existing post. One True/False field is titled “This Week?” which acts like a manual “featured” section. Below, I set it to be custom/dynamic based on the value from the first trigger: In a zap I have set up, when a new row is created in Airtable, my second step is to Update Live Item in Webflow. With Zapier, you can do more than just connect your apps - you can automate entire processes from beginning to end Check out the following list of triggers and actions you can use with Airtable, Google Contacts, and Google Drive. ![]() I can’t seem to get True/False fields to send properly between Airtable/Webflow via Zapier. If someone fills out my feedback survey on Airtable with a specific rating (1-5 stars), I would like this to be reflected in a column of another Airtable table. Do even more with Airtable + Google Contacts + Google Drive.
